1. The product is unfinished
Early access, beta, and waitlist programs are provided by DigiBinder Labs, Inc. so we can test and improve the Service before general availability. Features may change, break, or disappear without notice. There is no service-level commitment, uptime promise, or support commitment beyond what we choose to offer.
2. Data and accounts
We may reset, migrate, or delete early-access data, listings, messages, or test orders when we change the environment or go to general availability. Do not treat early-access balances, test payouts, or catalog state as permanent.
Do not list or ship cards you cannot afford to have tied up in a test environment unless we have told you the build is production money.
3. Confidentiality
Unreleased features, invite-only builds, and non-public roadmap details are DigiBinder confidential information. Do not post screenshots of unreleased flows, invite codes, or internal error text in public channels without our permission.
4. Feedback
If you send feedback, bug reports, or suggestions from early access, you grant DigiBinder a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use them to operate and improve the Service, without compensation to you.
5. These terms sit on the Terms of Service
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines still apply. Early access is provided "as is." The limitation of liability and indemnity in the Terms apply to early access. Joining the waitlist or installing an invite-only build means you accept these Early Access terms.
