Delete it in the app
- Open DigiBinder and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
- If you use Sign in with Apple, sign in with Apple once more so we can revoke that sign-in.
What is removed
- Your display name, handle, bio, photo, and ship-from address
- Your wanted list and saved devices
- Your sign-in sessions, including Sign in with Apple
- Open offers and trades that have not become an order
What is kept
Completed and in-progress orders, and seller payout records, stay so buyers, sellers, and tax records remain intact. The profile is renamed to Deleted member and can no longer sign in.
An account with an open order or an open claim cannot be deleted until that order or claim is finished or cancelled.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@digibinder.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will use the same deletion process as the app.
