What cookies and similar technologies DigiBinder uses on digibinder.app, what we do not use, and how you can control them.
1. What this policy is
This Cookies Policy explains how DigiBinder Labs, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on digibinder.app. It is part of our Privacy Policy. The DigiBinder mobile app does not use browser cookies; it uses device identifiers and on-device storage as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies we use
We use cookies that are necessary to operate the website. We do not currently use advertising, analytics, or social-media cookies, and we do not run a marketing pixel.
- Authentication and security — when you sign in or reset a password, our authentication provider (Supabase) sets first-party session cookies so we can keep you signed in and refresh that session. The site middleware may refresh those cookies on later visits while a session exists.
- Hosting — our website host (Vercel) may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver the page securely.
- Bot protection — the sign-in and sign-up pages may load Cloudflare Turnstile. That widget can set cookies or use local storage to confirm you are human. We load it only on authentication pages, and only when it is configured.
3. Local storage (not a cookie)
The cookie notice on this website remembers that you dismissed it in your browser’s local storage. That is not a cookie, and we do not use it to identify you across devices or to advertise to you. Waitlist consent is recorded with your signup request; we do not store that consent in a cookie.
4. What we do not use
- Third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
- A marketing, retargeting, or social pixel on the marketing site.
- Embedded third-party videos, maps, or social-media widgets on the public marketing pages.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in and password reset may not work. The cookie notice can be dismissed with Got it; dismissing it does not turn essential cookies off.
If we later add non-essential cookies (for example analytics or advertising), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before setting them.
